Chef Owens; born and raised in Adair Ok, 43 years as of August 2023.  

His family of 5 kids; includes 3 boys & 2 girls and it doesn’t stop there with 5 grandchildren; 4 boys & 1 girl. 

I’m a veteran of my country; served 8 years in the Army as a Blackhawk Mechanic. Throughout my life, I’ve always had a nitch to creating sausages & over the last 15 years I’ve grown a name for it. My experience in the farm life has grown my product to be the best in the market. I raise my own hogs & beef for the sausages I produce. I started making sausages 10 years ago and improvised old family recipes to the next level.
